Description :

  1. Daily clearance of Department incoming mails.
  2. Typing reports, letters, memo or fax documents and do filing.
  3. Answer all phone call enquiries
  4. Send out brochures, promotional articles to clients.
  5. Monitor stock level of the Sales Press kit.

Requirements :

  1. At least GCE 'O' level or equivalent educational background
  2. With minimum 1 to 2 years' clerical experience
  3. Good communication skills (oral & written)
  4. Strong skills in Microsoft word and excel
  5. Good initiative and is committed
  6. Customer oriented
